Blythe is a mother of three young children, a licensed New York real estate agent and Airbnb Superhost. Meet Blythe
Blythe and her husband, Cody, first started Airbnbing in 2012 while living as students and renters in London and looking for a way to fund their weekend trips around Europe. Together, they bought their first property in 2017 for $635,000. Seven years later, through strategic renovations, short-term rentals, property acquisitions and sales, their real estate portfolio is now valued at over $7,500,000. After spending 15 years in marketing and advertising, Blythe left to focus on real estate investments full time in 2023. Her current properties are located across the Northeast, spanning the Berkshires, Hamptons, Westchester and Connecticut.
Renovating and renting out properties as Airbnbs has helped keep Blythe’s grandparents’ house for the next generation and enabled Cody’s parents to live bicoastally. Every property she buys, renovates, or lists on Airbnb is a meaningful one for her–all the more reason to invest strategically and design aesthetically.
